Product Returns and Replacements
You have the right to return the products you purchased and request their replacement if you made a mistake in your order.
IMPORTANT: Before any return, it is essential to contact us (via email or phone) and receive our approval for the return. In any other case, Mari’s Étoile reserves the right to refuse acceptance of your return.
Return of Non-Defective Products
At Mari’s Étoile, if you are not satisfied with a product, you may return it within 5 days from the date of delivery. This option is available only if the item cannot be replaced with an identical one or an alternative of your choosing.
The process is as follows:
product receipt → inspection → refund.
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
If the return is not made within 5 days, Mari’s Étoile may decline the return for replacement or cancellation of the transaction.
Please note:
The date of dispatch for the returned product is considered to be the one indicated by the courier on the receipt, to verify the timeliness of the return.
Returned products must meet the following conditions:
Be in the original condition received, unopened, unused, complete, and undamaged. The packaging must be intact and accompanied by all relevant documents (e.g., invoice, retail receipt).
For exchanges, the customer should contact us at 213-0447685 to state the desired change. The product must be returned via the same courier used for delivery, at the customer’s expense. Once received, the new product will be sent, and shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Return of Defective Products
In the case of incorrect product delivery, Mari’s Étoile will fully cover the costs of returning the product and shipping the correct one, provided the item is returned in factory-original condition.
Returns of defective products are accepted within 5 days from the date of delivery and only after prior communication with the company by phone (213-0447985) or email (info@marisetoile.gr).
Mari’s Étoile will bear the full cost of:
returning the defective item, and
shipping the replacement item, if the product is indeed defective or the error is ours.
The returned product will be replaced with another of the same characteristics, brand, and size, without defects, subject to availability in our inventory.
If the item is no longer available, the customer will be informed and given two options:
Withdraw and receive a full refund, or
Choose another product of equal or greater value.
If the new item costs more than the original, the customer will cover the difference.
Returns must include all original documents (e.g., retail receipt) and the complete packaging.
Note: All replacements are made based on the current prices listed on marisetoile.gr.
Refunds
If the customer cancels the order before it is shipped, the amount reserved on their credit or debit card will be refunded through the same payment method used for the transaction.
Return Instructions
After the company receives the returned item, the return request is processed promptly, and the customer is informed via email about the outcome and next steps.
