IKE, wholesale of cosmetics, based in Egaleo, at 3B Ellispontou Street, with VAT number 800817546, local tax office (ΔΥΟ) Egaleo, Commercial Registry number (ΓΕΜΗ) 141971601000. Visitors/users of this website are asked to read these terms of use carefully and to visit/use the pages/services of marisetoile.gr only if they fully accept them. By entering, the visitor/user is taken to have been informed of, and to accept, these terms and to waive any claim arising from their visit to marisetoile.gr.
marisetoile.gr reserves the right to add, modify, or remove any element or information at any time, and to suspend temporarily or permanently part or all of its services without prior notice, at its sole discretion.
If any term of these conditions is found invalid, this does not affect the validity of the others. The failure to enforce any right by marisetoile.gr does not constitute a waiver of that right. marisetoile.gr is not responsible for violations of these terms due to force majeure, including, by way of example, extreme weather, earthquakes, floods, fires, emergencies, etc.

9. PRODUCT RETURNS
Returns at marisetoile.gr’s expense
Customers may return products (at no cost to them) if:
marisetoile.gr is at fault (e.g., wrong items, pricing, or shipping). Customers may refuse delivery or request return. Returned products must be sealed, undamaged, complete, and in original packaging.
Products are of poor quality or damaged in transit. Customers should refuse delivery and contact the store. If they accept delivery, no return or replacement will be offered. Unless returned, no replacement will be provided.
In both cases, returns must be made within fourteen (14) calendar days from delivery.
Returns at customer’s expense
Customers may return products at their own expense and without stating a reason within fourteen (14) days from delivery. Returned products must be in the same condition as received, unopened, and with intact packaging.
Refunds will be processed within 15 days of receipt of the returned products, and may be issued via bank credit to an account provided by the customer in advance.
In all cases, customers must return the accompanying documents (e.g., invoice, retail receipt, promotional materials, etc.) along with the returned products.
10. ORDERS / DELIVERY / SHIPPING COSTS
General
Orders are accepted and delivered within Greece and abroad (e.g., Germany, Bulgaria, Cyprus, etc.). Shipments are dispatched daily (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Offers are valid while stocks last.
Prices
Prices include VAT. marisetoile.gr reserves the right to modify prices without notice. Customers pay the price listed at the time of order.
Order Confirmation
Customers receive confirmation—with order number—via email, phone, or SMS upon completing their order.
Order Cancellation
Before finalizing, customers can cancel via the “Cancel” button during the online order process.
Order Modification
Orders can be modified within 24 hours of completion, if requested.
Product Availability
If a product is unavailable, marisetoile.gr will contact the customer (via email or phone) within a reasonable timeframe. The customer may choose to cancel the unavailable item, while other items in the order proceed.
Order Tracking
Customers receive email updates at each stage. They can also track status via their “My Account” page.
Product Delivery
For credit card payments, delivery is only to the cardholder, upon presentation of original ID or passport and the card used. Authorized third-party pickups are allowed only with written authorization and presentation of the required documents.
Delivery Time
Delivery occurs within seven (7) working days from the order date, depending on availability. In exceptional cases, delivery time may be extended with prior notice.
Delivery Method
Deliveries via courier or marisetoile.gr’s own means for orders within Attica.
Shipping / Cash-on-Delivery Costs
Shipping and cash-on-delivery charges always apply and are paid to the courier upon delivery, regardless of payment method (credit card, PayPal, COD).
11. PAYMENT METHODS
Credit Card
Visa and Mastercard accepted. Payment information is entered during checkout. Charging is performed after validation of the card details. The purchaser must be the cardholder.
PayPal
Payments can be made quickly and securely online via credit card or bank account. If you don’t have a PayPal account, you can create one.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Payment made to the courier upon delivery, acting on behalf of marisetoile.gr.
Customers may request either a retail receipt or invoice. Invoices are issued for companies or freelancers—customers must provide: company name, VAT number, tax office, and profession as applicable.
Store Pickup
Customers may choose to pick up products from the physical store at 3B Ellispontou Street, Egaleo, after telephonic arrangement at 213‑0447985. Items are held for pickup up to 5 working days from the agreed date.
12. POST OFFICE / COURIERS
Delivery is handled by partner courier companies. marisetoile.gr provides them with users’ personal details (name, address) to enable order fulfillment.
13. ORDER DELAYS
Delays may occur due to:
Late dispatch by supplier—marisetoile.gr contacts the customer to offer delivery without that item or suggest an alternative to ship later.
Product discontinued—marisetoile.gr will offer an alternative.
Extreme weather, strikes, or force majeure—marisetoile.gr will contact the customer promptly.
Inability to contact the customer (e.g., incorrect contact details).
14. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These terms and use of marisetoile.gr are governed by Greek law, applicable EU legislation, and international treaties. If any term is deemed invalid or void, this does not invalidate the rest. Any disputes arising from use or interpretation of these terms fall under the jurisdiction of the Courts of Athens.
