Product Delivery

Orders are delivered as quickly as within 24 hours, and no later than 7 working days (within Greece) or 4–9 working days (international), depending on the product and availability.
If your selected items are not immediately available, your order will be shipped on the day we receive the products.

If there is any issue processing your order (e.g., product unavailability from the supplier), a representative will contact you via the phone number provided to find the best possible solution.

Deliveries are handled by ACS Courier, or by Inbeautyland's own transportation within Attica.

For remote or hard-to-access areas not serviced by couriers, delivery options will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis following consultation with the customer.

Each additional kg: €1/kg + VAT

IMPORTANT: For bulky items, shipping is calculated volumetrically:
L × W × H / 5000 = volumetric weight

For orders over €25 and up to 2 kg: FREE shipping

Each additional kg: €1/kg + VAT

Cash on delivery (COD) fee: €2 additional

Up to 2 kg & order value under €25: Shipping costs €4.00 + VAT

Over 2 kg & order value under €50: Shipping charged based on volume

Over 2 kg & order value over €47: Shipping charged as per volume, minus 2 units

Over 2 kg: €15.90 + €1 for each additional kg

International orders are handled individually, based on weight and volume, and confirmed after contacting the customer.

Large Parcels (Over 15 kg)
Orders over 15 kg (by weight or volume) must be paid via credit card or bank deposit and are shipped nationwide via freight carriers. Shipping charges depend on the freight company and package volume and are borne by the customer.

Within Attica, such deliveries may be handled by our own means.
