How Can I Place an Order?
• Find the products you are interested in using the search tools or by browsing the various category pages.
• Click on the “Add” button next to the product you wish to purchase. The item will be added to your online shopping cart.
• Once you’ve finished selecting items, click the CHECKOUT button located below your product list. You will be redirected to a secure page where you can select your payment and shipping method.
Alternatively, you can place your order by phone at 213‑0447985 on business days:
Monday & Wednesday: 09:00 – 18:00
Tuesday, Thursday & Friday: 09:00 – 21:00
Saturday: 09:00 – 16:00
Orders placed on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Has My Order Been Successfully Completed?
• After entering the recipient’s details and clicking on "Submit Order", a confirmation message will appear informing you that the order has been completed.
• This message will include your order number, which we recommend you keep for reference.
One of My Items is Missing. What Can I Do?
At Mari’s Étoile, we take great care to ensure fast and accurate service. However, if you notice something missing from your order, you have three options:
Send us an email at info@marisetoile.gr with your order number or the name used during checkout, along with a description of the issue.
Call our customer service team on business days at 213‑0447985 during the following hours:
